Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy services within skilled nursing centers, assisted living facilities, outpatient clinics, and home-based care. Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence while collaborating with peers and making referrals to ensure comprehensive care. Provide therapy to older adults and children across the nation through our reimagined approach to rehabilitation. Requires a valid state license, Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field, and either a Master's degree or Bachelor's degree plus five years of experience. Full-time roles include a $20K retention bonus and up to $60/hr pay, with options for on-demand pay, Visa sponsorship, and clinical mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
