Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy within skilled nursing centers, assisted living facilities, outpatient clinics, and home-based care. Collaborate with peers, make referrals to ensure comprehensive care, and train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence. Provide therapy to older adults and children in school settings. Requires a valid state Physical Therapy license, a Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field, and either a Bachelor's degree in PT plus five years of progressively responsible experience or an equivalent foreign degree. Full-time and part-time roles offer medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k, clinical mentorship, and visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
