Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help patients get well. Collaborate with peers, make referrals to ensure comprehensive care, and train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence. You will work within a growing, stable organization focused on transforming the road to recovery for everyone. A valid Physical Therapy license, Master's degree, and relevant experience are required for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
