Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help patients get well. Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence, while collaborating with peers and making referrals to ensure comprehensive care. This role includes a clinical mentorship program for new grads, with full-time positions offering up to $60/hr, a $20,000 retention bonus, and new grad incentives reaching $50k. Full-time staff receive medical, dental, and vision plans, whereas part-time members get dental and vision. We support Visa or Green Card sponsorship and offer a Journey Travel Program for full-time roles.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
