Job Summary
As a Physical Therapist at Powerback, you assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy across inpatient, outpatient, home, and school-based settings. You collaborate with peers, educate patients and caregivers to promote independence, and contribute to a unique rehab-and-wellness model. You will support licensure requirements, mentor new grads, and participate in our comprehensive benefits and visa sponsorship programs. This role involves guiding patients through rehabilitation and therapy plans, and delivering evidence-based PT care in facility-based settings across the U.S. with opportunities for cross-site practice and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in state(s) of practice or eligible
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy (or Master’s in PT-related field with a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy)
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of PT experience
- Degree earned outside the U.S. equivalent to PT degree
