Job Summary
As a Physical Therapist at Powerback, you will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy across in-facility settings. You’ll train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence, collaborate with peers, and refer as needed to support patient thriving. The role emphasizes teaching and coaching to enable patients to regain function, with opportunities to work across multiple care settings and participate in the Clinical Mentorship Program for new grads. Requires licensure in the practice state and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent combination of degrees/experience), with visa sponsorship and relocation assistance available. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy; Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor's + 5 years progressively responsible PT experience; degree earned outside the U.S. equivalent to a Physical Therapy degree
