Job Summary
Physical Therapist (Full-Time or Part-Time) responsible for evaluating and treating patients to improve mobility and independence across settings (in facility/home). responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, delivering physical therapy, educating patients and caregivers, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote optimal outcomes. Must hold a Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice and possess a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or related field with Bachelor’s as applicable), with visa sponsorship and relocation assistance available. Required Qualifications
- valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- degree earned outside of the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
