Job Summary
The Physical Therapist will provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for the older adult population, evaluating and treating patients in their homes or in independent living facilities, developing and delivering PT programs to restore function, and coordinating with the rehabilitation team. Responsibilities include supervising PT Assistants and students as required, ensuring timely documentation, participating in care conferences, selecting appropriate therapeutic regimens, adapting plans of care to patient needs, and promoting safety. The role requires licensed practice in the relevant state(s), a master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or PT-related field with a bachelor’s and additional experience per policy), and may involve visa sponsorship (H-1B) and relocation support. The position offers a flexible schedule across various settings, with a full-time or part-time option, mentorship for new graduates, and a benefits package. Bonus: $5,000 Sign-on; Journey Travel Program for work across the U.S. with full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice OR proof of license eligibility
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Master’s degree in PT-related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
