Job Summary
As a Physical Therapist, you will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to patients across settings (in facility). You will educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity, collaborate with a rehabilitation team, and contribute to Powerback Rehabilitation’s approach to recovery and wellness. The role supports visa sponsorship/relocation, offers mentorship for new grads, and involves partnering with peers to ensure high-quality patient care across various care environments. A Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or PT-related master's with a PT bachelor's) and an active PT license are required; candidates with a 5-year PT-related experience and international-degree equivalents are considered. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice
- Must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy (or Master's in PT-related field in addition to Bachelor's in PT)
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- Degree earned outside the U.S. must be equivalent to a Physical Therapy degree
