Job Summary
Physical Therapist responsible for assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering physical therapy. The role involves teaching patients and caregivers to promote independence, collaborating with peers, and referring to other care as needed. Requires licensure in the practice state(s) and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent combination as described). The position is in-facility across care settings with Powerback Rehabilitation, offering visa sponsorship/relocation options and a clinical mentorship program for new grads.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy (or Master's in PT-related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy) or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- Degree earned outside the U.S. must be equivalent to a Physical Therapy degree
