Job Summary
As a Physical Therapist, you assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to promote independence and productivity. You mentor patients and caregivers, collaborate with peers, and may train others as part of a clinical team. The role supports visa or green card sponsorship and relocation assistance, with opportunities for cross-country travel via the Journey Travel Program; reporting to the Director of Rehab within Powerback Rehabilitation facilities. A Master's degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent) and valid licensure in the practice state are required, with additional qualifications around degrees and experience as outlined in the posting. The position emphasizes comprehensive benefits, clinical mentorship for new grads, and a dedicated rehabilitation-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy; Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
