Job Summary
Physical Therapist in facility-based settings responsible for assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering physical therapy. Role emphasizes teaching patients and caregivers PT skills, collaborating with peers, and supporting mobility and independence. Requires a PT license and Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (with possible additional PT-related degrees or experience), and eligibility for visa sponsorship. Includes opportunities for mentorship, travel across the U.S. through the Journey Travel Program, and relocation sponsorship. Required Qualifications
- They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience; The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
Desired Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- Qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy

- Ability to work in facility-based settings (in facility)
- Ability to mentor/coach patients and caregivers in PT skills
- Ability to collaborate with rehabilitation team and deliver patient-focused care
