Job Summary
As a Physical Therapist at Powerback, you will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to promote independence and productivity. You will teach patients and caregivers skills, collaborate with peers, and make referrals to ensure comprehensive care. The role requires a valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) and degrees in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's and Master's in PT or equivalent) with 5 years of PT experience if applicable. The position is in facility-based care in Baraboo, WI, with visa sponsorship and relocation assistance available.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
