Job Summary
As a Physical Therapist, you'll evaluate patients, develop personalized recovery plans, and deliver PT across facilities and home-based settings. You will educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques to promote independence, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and refer patients as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. The role requires a PT license and advanced education, with visa sponsorship and relocation support available. The position emphasizes patient-centred rehabilitation across inpatient, outpatient, and home-based care environments, mentoring for new grads, and the ability to work within a growing national rehabilitation program.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy OR Master's degree in Physical Therapy OR Master's in Physical Therapy-related field PLUS license eligibility OR 5 years progressive PT experience with a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy
- The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
