Provide physical therapy services to patients across outpatient/assisted living settings; assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy; educate patients and caregivers; collaborate with rehab peers; must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice and have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy (or related field) with a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy or equivalent experience; visa sponsorship and relocation assistance available.
