Job Summary
As a Physical Therapist, assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to patients across settings (facilities, home, outpatient). You will train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity, collaborate with a rehabilitation team, and participate in the Powerback Clinical Mentorship Program for new grads. The role requires a Physical Therapy license in the state of practice (or eligibility) and typically a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent combination of degrees/experience). Visa or Green Card sponsorship and relocation assistance are supported. Location: Mechanicsville, MD; in-facility care. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy; Master’s in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
