Job Summary
The PT - Physical Therapist provides direct rehab care in physical therapy to patients upon physician referral in accordance with Life Care standards. Responsibilities include following treatment plans, supervising PTAs and Rehab Aides, evaluating and overseeing student clinicians, utilizing therapy software, and delivering excellent customer service. Requires knowledge of post-acute care facility regulations, confidentiality, compliance with policies, and proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/email. New grads are welcome to apply. Location: Provo, UT. Benefits include a comprehensive package and up to a $15k sign-on bonus for full-time.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy BSPT MSPT or DPT (2003 or later must have MSPT or DPT)
