Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) provides direct rehab care in physical therapy to patients upon physician referral in a post-acute care facility setting. Works within an interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve functional progress and improve quality of life, following Life Care standards and applicable laws. Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT/MSPT/DPT) with ability to oversee and evaluate care by PTAs and rehab staff, implement therapy plans, and maintain confidentiality and professional conduct. Includes opportunity for sign-on bonus and benefits; schedule typically Monday–Friday with flexible hours; new grads welcome.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy, BSPT, MSPT, or DPT (2003 or later must have MSPT or DPT)
