Job Summary
Provide direct rehab care in physical therapy to patients upon physician referral in accordance with Life Care standards; follow established PT treatment plans and policies; oversee and evaluate care given by PTAs and rehab aides; utilize therapy software; exhibit excellent customer service; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of nurses, therapists, and medical staff to support functional progress and improve quality of life for residents in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs); participate in community health matters as appropriate; maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program BSPT MSPT or DPT (2003 or later must have MSPT or DPT)
- New grads welcome
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Read, write, speak, and understand English
