Job Summary
Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in-home or within senior living communities, including private residences, with telehealth/virtual care optional to extend access. Deliver PT services to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life, document in FOX’s EMR per regulatory standards, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PT, OT, SLP, Fitness Specialists), and work in a split schedule across in-home and senior living settings. H1B sponsorship is available for qualified clinicians. New graduates are eligible for FOX’s Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
