Job Summary
Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in private residences and senior living communities as part of FOX Rehabilitation’s Geriatric House Calls model. Responsibilities include delivering therapy to improve mobility, independence, and functional outcomes, documenting in FOX’s EMR system, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists), and offering telehealth/virtual care when appropriate. Opportunities include in-home and senior living settings with salaried Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN options; H1B sponsorship available for qualified clinicians; new graduates eligible for FOX’s Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. Requires licensure to practice physical therapy and a degree from an accredited PT program; driving to patient homes and communities is part of the role. Compensation for Full-Time in NJ ranges $70,000–$102,000 annually with benefits; Part-Time and PRN pro-rated.
