Job Summary
In-home and senior-living PT role delivering one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in private residences and senior living communities. Responsibilities include providing therapy to improve mobility and functional independence, documenting in FOX’s EMR, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team (PT, OT, SLP, Fitness Specialists), and incorporating telehealth where appropriate to extend access. Eligible roles include Full-time, Part-time, and FOX Flex/PRN with salaried compensation and benefits; H1B sponsorship available for qualified clinicians. Requires active PT license in practice state and a degree from an accredited PT program. Travel to patient homes is involved as part of the Geriatric House Calls model. Competitive NJ base pay for Full-Time: $70,000-$102,000 annually with potential for more; Part-Time and PRN pro-rated. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
- New Graduates eligible for Emerging Professionals Mentor Program
