Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting within senior living community partners to help abolish ageism. Deliver care as part of an interdisciplinary therapy team focused on functional outcomes, utilizing the Pioneer of Geriatric House CallsTM model to serve older adults in their communities. This role offers flexibility for full-time, part-time, or PRN/PPU schedules with a supportive clinical community. New graduates gain access to the Emerging Professionals Mentor Program, while all staff receive mileage and professional certification reimbursement alongside standard medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits. FOX Rehabilitation provides a clinician-operated environment where therapists can shape their schedules for work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
