Job Summary
Plan and administer prescribed skilled physical therapy to home health patients; assess and document patient function, develop and adjust treatment plans, supervise staff, and coordinate with physicians and the clinical team to support rehabilitation and independence for patients.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (approved by the APTA)
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license
- Minimum of one year physical therapy experience preferred
