Full or Part Time Physiotherapist

Coordinate and deliver physical therapy services to patients using various functional settings, implementing specific treatment programs based on ongoing evaluation of patient records, interviews, and observations. Establish and modify intervention strategies to promote health and achieve treatment goals while communicating status and needs with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members. Evaluate assigned patients to gather data from multiple sources and plan therapy within individual physical, emotional, and intellectual capabilities. Maintain safety compliance with CMS, The Joint Commission, DHHS, and OSHA standards.
