Job Summary
Monitor and supervise clients during Intensive Outpatient Program activities, ensuring their safety and well-being. Implement behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior change and assist in crisis response plans. Transport clients to the IOP site, office locations, community activities, and homes as scheduled. Facilitate therapeutic groups and collaborate with the clinical team to reinforce recovery goals. Provide one-on-one support to clients and caregivers while maintaining accurate reporting of incidents. Participate in program planning with flex scheduling for activities beyond regular hours. This full-time Monday through Friday role includes some nights and weekends for special events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license
- Registered/inspected/insured vehicle
