Job Summary
Crew Carwash is hiring a Full or Part-Time Customer Service Team Member to greet and assist customers, advise on services, load customers, and maintain a clean, safe carwash environment. The role emphasizes safety, customer care, and delivering a positive guest experience, with incentives, paid time off, holidays, tuition reimbursement, health/dental/vision benefits, a 401K with company match, and flexible schedules. Training is provided and the position supports a fast-paced operations setting with the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- No prior work experience is required
- Work a minimum of 10 hours per week as part-time or 30 hours per week as full-time
- Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
- Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
- Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
