Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment and operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices. Takes ownership of customer shipping needs, offers viable solutions, and learns all product offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends. Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment while performing other duties as assigned. Requires fluent English, strong computer and phone skills, and availability to work weekends.
