Job Summary
As a Full Line Associate Sales Representative in Salem, OR, you will be part of the Orthopaedics-Reconstruction sales team within an assigned territory and hospital accounts. You will assist in scheduling operative cases, secure inventory for those cases, observe and consult the surgical team on Smith+Nephew instrumentation and implants, and manage the logistical requirements for these cases. You will become a technical expert in the Orthopaedic portfolio through structured trainings, build relationships with surgeons, KOLs, hospital staff, and teammates to enhance access to customers, and develop an effective territory business plan to generate revenue and meet/exceed your quota. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and flexibility to work untraditional hours to support the salesforce and customers. You will provide first-class technical support to ensure product availability meets customer and patient needs, collaborate with Reconstruction and Sports Medicine counterparts in the region, and drive patient outcomes through trusted solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of professional sales experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel within designated territory (2-4 overnights a month) and infrequent national travel
