Full Life Care - Homecare Supervisor (Beacon Hill, WA)

Coordinate and oversee the interviewing, orientation, and performance management of home care aides while providing direct supervision, scheduling, and conflict resolution. Develop and regularly update individualized home care service plans, ensuring aide compliance with care plans and agency standards. Monitor and manage a caseload of clients receiving long-term in-home care services, conduct on-site visits, and perform annual evaluations of direct care staff. Maintain frequent communication with clients, caregivers, case managers, and care team members to support preventive care and respond to client concerns. Ensure compliance with electronic visit verification, timekeeping accuracy, and documentation procedures while maintaining accurate client and caregiver records in the care management system. Assist clients, families, and informal supports with empathy and professionalism.
