Job Summary
As a Full Cycle Technical Recruiter, you will take ownership of end-to-end hiring for Brain Co.'s Engineering teams, focusing on AI/ML, AI Product, and AI Platform roles. Key responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer close, collaborating with leadership on hiring needs and interview processes, driving a positive candidate experience, building data-driven sourcing strategies, and negotiating complex offers. The ideal candidate will have 3–6+ years of recruiting experience, particularly with technical roles, and will thrive in a high-autonomy and fast-paced environment, viewing recruiting as both an art and a strategic function.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- Experience with engineering or technical roles
- Successfully hired AI/ML Engineers, Product Engineers, or Platform/Infra Engineers
Desired Qualifications
- Strong storytelling ability to translate technical work into compelling narratives for candidates
- Metrics-driven with the ability to build pipelines that convert
