Full-Cycle Sales Recruiter responsible for owning the complete recruiting lifecycle for a dedicated group of sales teams, including sourcing candidates, conducting screens and interviews, and moving the right people across the finish line in a high-volume, commission-only environment. The role emphasizes building ongoing pipelines, understanding team leaders, and selling the opportunity to top candidates in a fast-paced Wall Street office setting. Key duties include sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing the candidate pipeline, and ensuring successful hires for sales roles leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools. Location-based in New York, NY, with on-site office presence; compensation includes on-target earnings (OTE) of $60,000-$70,000 plus performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (sales or financial services experience is a plus)
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and pipeline management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms (Workable preferred)
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong execution ability
- Authorized to work in the United States
