Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Manufacturing or industrial staffing experience preferred
- Strong understanding of roles such as CNC machinists, production assemblers, quality inspectors, and maintenance technicians
- Proven ability to source and attract both skilled trades and entry-level talent
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
