Job Summary
Source, attract, and interview candidates for various roles across the organization while reviewing applications and conducting initial assessments. Manage the full recruitment cycle from posting job ads to extending offers and onboarding new hires, collaborating closely with department heads to understand staffing needs. Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events to build the employer brand, and track key metrics to continuously improve the process. Ensure all practices adhere to employment laws while maintaining a positive candidate experience through timely communication. This full-time, local-only in-office role supports Diamond Braces' mission to provide affordable, accessible orthodontic care.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn and similar job boards
- Experience working with UKG or similar platforms
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry
