Job Summary
Full-Cycle Recruiter with strong agency recruitment background to independently manage end-to-end hiring. Lead high-volume outbound sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Google X-Ray), build pipelines across multiple vacancies, develop creative sourcing strategies, manage candidate communications and relationships with hiring managers, and drive successful placements from sourcing through offers and closing. Requires proven experience in managing full lifecycle recruitment, sourcing with advanced techniques, and thriving in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Fully remote opportunity with global coverage across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Benefits include remote-friendly, performance-based progression, and ownership of hiring outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency recruitment experience (mandatory).
- Proven track record of managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through placement.
- Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and Google X-Ray sourcing techniques.
- Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting environments.
- Proven ability to source candidates independently rather than relying primarily on inbound applications.
- Experience managing multiple active vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong candidate closing and offer management skills.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working with ATS, CRM systems, and recruitment technology platforms.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambitious hiring goals.
