Responsible for full-cycle bookkeeping for a construction operation, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and job cost accounting in a fast-paced project environment; maintain general ledger, reconciliations, and financial records; manage vendor/subcontractor documentation; ensure accurate job cost coding with project managers; handle bank/credit card reconciliations; coordinate between Procore and QuickBooks; assist with project cost tracking and budgets; in-person, Austin, TX location with daily office commute.
