Establish and lead the in-house full-body plastic surgery practice, integrating cosmetic body procedures into Midwest Facial Plastic Surgery's four office locations and two co-owned outpatient surgery centers. Manage patient flow for over 800 loyalty program members currently referred out, while overseeing ownership stakes in core medical practice, real estate, and passive income streams. Operate within a 24-36 month partnership track designed to leverage existing surgical infrastructure and expand service offerings across the Twin Cities metropolitan area.
