Job Summary
Regina Health Center is seeking qualified State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) / Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join a mission-based skilled nursing team in Richfield, OH. Roles are available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with rotating weekends/holidays; 2nd and 3rd shifts offer a $0.75/hour differential. Full-time (4–5 days/week) and part-time (2–3 days/week) schedules are offered. Responsibilities center on resident-focused care in a long-term care setting, supporting residents’ daily needs and comfort. The candidate should hold an active STNA/CNA certification and be prepared to complete pre-employment physicals, drug screening (including THC), TB testing, and comprehensive background checks (including fingerprinting).
