Job Summary
Build and maintain efficient fulfillment processes while overseeing channels for individual and provider customers. Manage last-mile delivery operations and ensure prices and forecasting remain up to date for the team. Collaborate with pharmacy partners and the Care team to drive down logistics costs and ensure accurate regulatory compliance. Maintain end-to-end tracking, documentation, and exceptional customer service across all touchpoints. This hybrid role requires physical presence in some cases and demands strong leadership, time management, and adaptability within the Operations Team.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in pharmacy or medication supply chain management
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Demonstrated emotional stability & resilience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership and logistics management skills, with proven track record of success
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- High degree of initiative and sense of urgency, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Adaptability and empathy in dealing with customers and team members, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Respectful and collaborative attitude towards team members and customers, with a commitment to promoting a positive work environment
- Familiarity with online tools
- A degree in Pharmacy and a good knowledge of medication is a huge plus
