Job Summary
Support stock take activities to ensure accurate inventory records and assemble Ubisense tags and sensors according to in-country licensing and compliance requirements. Generate and record tag identification numbers for customer shipments, receive and process supplier deliveries, and maintain a clean, organized workspace including the shipping area. Assist with production, testing, and other operational activities as required by the team while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and meeting production targets. This Cambridge-based role involves general office-based duties as needed, with full training on Ubisense products and systems provided.
Required Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
- Competent user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to follow established procedures and work instructions accurately
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Reliable, proactive, and willing to support colleagues where required
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team objectives
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
