Job Summary
Install customer service drops/outlets in residential and business properties, using training to troubleshoot with electronic test equipment and online diagnostic tools. Ensure proper upstream and downstream signal levels at each termination, diagnose and repair issues, and educate customers on new/existing equipment. Role includes occasional travel with per diem, a company truck and tools provided, and a comprehensive benefits package. Emphasis on customer service, proactive upgrades, and adherence to company values. Training and mentorship available to set up for success.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license in the applying state
- Good driving record
- Ability to work overtime and on-call as needed
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Ability to work in small and confined areas and on ladders
- Problem-solving skills and positive communication with customers
- 3+ months of customer service or related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable
