Fulfillment Technician

Maintain accurate vault inventory across internal ERP software, state seed-to-sale software, and e-commerce menus through daily intake and reconciliation of vault products. Fulfill customer orders by creating and logging compliant Metrc tags, packing orders, and preparing packages for the delivery team. Facilitate change orders and adjust information on all relevant platforms while ensuring all sales transactions comply with applicable Ohio laws. Coordinate daily communication with sales, security, packaging, and delivery teams to take ownership of the fulfillment process and ensure on-time deliveries. Interface with the Operations Manager on a daily basis.
