Job Summary
Fulfillment Technician responsible for receiving, processing, and delivering orders; assist with maintaining a schedule and up-to-date requirements of wholesale orders; collaborate with Logistics on delivery routing and scheduling; determine product requirements and prepare paperwork; manage finished goods inventory across processing, storage, and order fulfillment; generate and communicate inventory reports to internal teams and wholesale partners; learn and master order fulfillment and inventory management within the company system; deliver orders to customers and handle loading/unloading with emphasis on accuracy and timely execution; maintain a clean, professional work environment and strive to increase productivity; performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to obtain and maintain a State Agent ID
- Fluency with inventory tracking or fulfillment computer software
- Detail-oriented with the ability to be consistently accurate with counts and data
- Excellent written and verbal communication
