Job Summary
Accurately process inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring all hormone pellets are received, inspected, and documented per FDA 503B regulatory standards. Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels, record inventory transactions, and perform regular audits to prevent discrepancies. Adhere to strict protocols to ensure products meet quality standards, including checking for damages, expiration dates, and labeling accuracy. Maintain clear, record-keeping of all shipments to comply with internal policies and collaborate with the team to troubleshoot fulfillment issues. Work full-time from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, maintaining strict adherence to safety procedures, cGMP, and all relevant FDA guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
- Must have no prior felonies or misdemeanors related to controlled substances
- Ability to pass initial and ongoing drug screenings
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or pharmaceutical compounding
