Job Summary
Lead fulfillment operations by picking orders, completing shipping releases, and packing orders while assisting the Sr. Manager and Supervisor in executing daily production plans. Supervise team activities to ensure continuous customer satisfaction and meet service level and quality goals through delegation. Perform physical duties including walking up to 5 miles daily, lifting up to 40 pounds, and working in noisy conditions. Requires previous management experience, organizational skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency. Must work Saturdays and Sundays as needed. Pay starts at $18.00 hourly with additional shifts for evening and weekend work.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays, as needed
- Walk up to 5 miles a day
- Stand, walk, or sit for long periods of time
- Crouch, kneel, or crawl (occasionally)
- Lift, push, or pull up to 40 pounds
- Be able to handle noisy conditions
- Previous management or leadership experience
- Organizational Skills
- Microsoft Office Word and Excel

Desired Qualifications
- Distribution or Fulfillment Experience is a plus
