Job Summary
Fulfillment Systems Analyst needed to bridge Product and Operations for Shipfusion’s warehouse management system. You will observe and validate proper WMS usage across warehouse functions, identify deviations from SOPs, document and streamline processes, triage and resolve user support tickets related to WMS/tools, diagnose issues with internal utilities, and produce concise scorecards and governance-ready findings. You’ll use analytics to guide Operations on slotting, system usage, and workflow optimization, translate insights into actionable recommendations for Product, and help ensure features are adopted and driven to improve associate productivity, client throughput, and warehouse efficiency. Responsibilities include maintaining centralized compliance dashboards, surfacing training gaps or process issues, conducting hands-on user research on the warehouse floor, and benchmarking tools against industry practices to inform the product roadmap. Hybrid work arrangement in Carol Stream, IL, with a focus on data-driven advice, cross-functional collaboration, and improving operational performance.
Required Qualifications
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in logistics, operations, or a related field
- Strong understanding of fulfillment operations; WMS experience required
- Skilled in process observation, documentation, and audit facilitation
- Analytical thinker comfortable with data and diagnostic tools
- Strong communicator able to collaborate effectively across Product and Operations
- Background in logistics, process improvement, or product preferred
