Job Summary
Fulfillment Supervisor leads a team of hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse environment to achieve productivity, quality, problem resolution, outstanding customer service, employee relations, and a safe work environment. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring, performance management, KPI monitoring (order fill rate accuracy, inventory accuracy, inspections), Lean/process-improvement initiatives, and maintaining a clean, professional workspace while meeting safety goals. Qualifying candidates typically have 2+ years of leadership experience, strong collaboration and communication skills, the ability to adapt under pressure, and a high school diploma (bachelor’s degree a plus).
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of previous experience in a leadership role
- High school diploma required
- Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement training and experience
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required
