Job Summary
Direct daily supervision of team members at the El Paso Fulfillment Center, overseeing safety standards, pick/pack/ship operations, receiving, and inventory management. Ensure products ship in planned quantities at budgeted cost while driving continuous improvement through the Regal Business System and monitoring SQDCG KPIs. Liaise with stakeholders to develop shipment plans and cost estimates, optimizing resources and fostering team growth. Coordinate safety initiatives and cross-functional efforts to meet customer expectations and delivery performance levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
- 3 – 5 years of warehouse, manufacturing and / or logistics experience
- Knowledge of environmental/safety regulations and policies
- Strong critical reasoning skills with the ability to identify and solve problems
- Demonstrated ability improving engagement with frontline team members
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights and take actions leveraging the Microsoft suite and PowerBI
- Demonstrated success using a balance of data and experience to make sound decisions regarding resource utilization and needs
- A passion for teambuilding and improving employee engagement
- A resilient leader who consistently delivers on commitments (High say / do)
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Results-oriented, process improvement focused
- Ability to work cross functionally to achieve outstanding results
- Highly organized, self-starter that can work with little direct supervision
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience using ERP/WMS systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.) preferred
- Previous supervisory, or equivalent people leadership experience preferred
