Fulfillment Supervisor - 2nd shift

Manage and lead a team of hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring acceptable performance levels by meeting productivity standards and cost control goals. Assist clients with supply chain needs while maintaining exceptional customer service through order fill rate accuracy, inventory accuracy, and unannounced inspections. Achieve performance goals via KPI monitoring, promote LEAN principles, and process improvement to drive operational success. Lead and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment, effectively communicating goals and expectations to associates. Coach, train, and mentor staff to foster growth, conducting annual performance reviews. Thrive under pressure in a Monday-Friday 5:00PM-1:30AM shift, utilizing strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills to maximize opportunities.
