Job Summary
Manage and lead a team of hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse environment while ensuring acceptable performance levels and cost control. Assist clients with supply chain demands by meeting productivity standards, order fill rate accuracy, and inventory accuracy. Promote LEAN principles, process improvement, and clean, safe work environments to exceed corporate safety goals. Coach, train, and mentor associates through annual performance reviews and KPI monitoring. Monday-Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM shift in Walton, KY. High school diploma required; Lean Six Sigma and supply chain experience are plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of previous experience in a leadership role with a track record of implementing and managing change
- High school diploma/GED
- Monday-Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM shift availability
- Walton, KY location

- Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement training and experience
